Ingredients:
5 eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

smoked paprika
Cut eggs in half. Arrange egg whites cut side up on a serving plate and put the yolks in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks with fork then stir in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend with an electric mixer all ingredients together until smooth. Cut a small corner from the bottom of the plastic bag and spoon the yolk mixture into it. Fill a little bit of the mixture into each egg white half, dividing mixture as evenly as possible between the eggs. Sprinkle eggs with smoked paprika. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
