Ingredients
- 2 cubed cooked chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 16 oz package spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 small sweet onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium zucchini, finely chopped
- 3 cans (10¾ oz) Cream of Mushroom
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
- Cook noodles, to al dente, according to the box instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Finely chop onions and zucchini.
- Mix in a large bowl chicken, onion, zucchini, soup, sour cream, parmesan, mozzarella, milk, parsley and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles.
- Pour the mixture into baking dish. Covered with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes
- Let it rest for 5 minutes and dig in.
