If you are like me you are always looking for quick and easy meals. This recipe has been around for years and has been our favorite. The best part is - you place few ingredients in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day. That is why I love slow cooker recipes. You may add an additional can of soup if you want more gravy. It's a big hit at our house we serve it with mash potatoes, so I hope it will be at yours too.
Ingredients
- 8 bone-in pork chops
- 2 yellow onions
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Chop 2 onions and place them in the bottom of a crockpot.
Then you place the pork chops on top of the onions.
Pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and cook it on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
