Chocolate Toffee Peanut Butter Haystacks

Chocolate Haystacks are super quick and delicious. In fact, there’s no need to bake these cookies. Just mix them and eat them!

You can try to make them with variety of ingredients: popcorn, peanuts, marshmallows, etc. No matter how you make them, they’re a winner! They are a perfect treat for office or school parties.

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup toffee baking bits (such as Heath®)
  • 2 cup Chow Mein noodles

Place the chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir and repeat one more time or just until the chips are melted. Add peanut butter, cook for 20 more seconds to warm the peanut butter, and mix thoroughly; mix in the toffee bits.

Mix in Chow Mein noodles; stir to coat the ingredients with the chocolate mixture.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; drop the mixture onto the lined sheets by the tablespoon. Refrigerate until set.

These delicious gems will keep in an airtight container for about a week or you can freeze them for longer.
