~ Mouth Watering Beef Tenderloin ~

Beef tenderloin is a prime-time special-occasion party food that makes a menu shine, and with this recipe, it will absolutely melt in your mouth.

I have been making this recipe for several years now, but the first time I had it, was at my sister Dorothy’s house. When she told me it took only 3 ingredients to make it, I was blown away! I could not believe the simplicity and the WoW factor taste.

Ingredients:
1 (3 pound) beef tenderloin roast

3/4 cup soy sauce regular (or low sodium)

1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place roast into a shallow, glass baking dish. Pour soy sauce and melted butter over the tenderloin.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then turn the roast over, and continue baking for 20 min, then baste. Continue baking for another 20 minutes, then baste again. Continue baking for another 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of the roast should be close to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium-rare. Or, cook to your desired degree of doneness.

Let meat rest for 20 minutes before slicing it will reach 145 degrees for medium-rare after standing.

Enjoy your meal!
