I remember the 1st time I tried this recipe at my mother-in-law's house, and let me tell you, I right away fallen in love with it. Our family loves this recipe so much that we eat it during the week too. It’s so easy to open a can of tuna, throw in a few ingredients that I always have in stock, and a easy and healthy snack is done.
8 oz. tuna, drained and flaked
8 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
3 Tbs chopped pecans
3 Tbs chopped green onions
In a medium bowl, blend all of the ingredients.
Refrigerate until serving. Serve with Ranch Wheat Thins or your favorite crackers.

We grill out almost exclusively in the summertime, simply because it’s too hot to do much of anything else.
And it’s still only the beginning of July.
If you’re like me, you get tired of the same old meats and veggies thrown over the open flame–and by the time dinner time rolls around, I’m usually too hot and tired to do very much kitchen prep.
Which is why I love quick and simple marinades–you can mix ’em up in less than five minutes early in the day, and all you have to do at dinner time is throw stuff on the grill. This is hands-down my favorite kind of cooking and everyone in my family loves this recipe. So fire up that grill and enjoy.
If you're using bamboo skewers, soak your sticks in water for at least 5 minutes. Cut chicken into large chunks, and skewer. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- juice of one lime
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoon Siracha
- 2 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- In a small bowl, combine your ingredients, through the cilantro. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour marinade over chicken breasts and turn to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.

The only guacamole recipe you'll ever need and love. Everyone in the world should know how to make a good batch of it. I love guac and love that it’s healthy and always a crowd pleaser. Avocados are full of healthy fats, vitamins and other awesome things that our bodies love. I love cutting an avocado for a snack, but making a bowl of yummy guac is nearly as easy, and oh so tasty! This is one of my favorite Italian appetizers. Have fun with it. You can serve it as a snack, lunch or salad. The possibilities are endless to this divine finger licking treat. My friend, Jodi finished reading this book and she like it so much that she dropped it off at my house and said "I think you are going to like this one". You know what she was totally right! I give this book an "A". I just could not stop reading this novel. I also have to confess, this is my 1st book by Danielle Steel.
I loved each character's story and how their lives all intertwined. I felt like I was on the journey with them. Steel beautifully expressed each character's feelings and their own perspectives on life. Overall, I learned that no matter how busy life gets or how awful you think it is, do what makes you happy. Also allow yourself to open new doors, and find that you become old when you stop opening them. What a heartwarming story of a mother and daughter that has gone through the challenges of life, met them, and come through the good and bad life. It's a page - turner for young and old alike. Enjoyed the many twist and turns of life and how they are both not enjoying their upcoming birthdays.

You will have this Super Moist Banana Bread in the oven under 10 minutes. This is the best chocolate chip banana bread recipe ever. It's not too chocolatey but just enough to add the sweetness to your day. I love the simple ingredients and how easy it is to make. This is my 2nd one this week and let me tell you, if you make one today it will be gone tomorrow.

The best part is - you place few ingredients in the morning and forget about it for the rest of the day. That is why I love slow cooker recipes. You may add an additional can of soup if you want more gravy. It's a big hit at our our house we serve it with mash potatoes, so I hope it will be at yours too.

Have you ever just tried a cup of soup that is just full of pure awesome-ness? I seriously think you guys will love this recipe. It's easy and quick to make. You pretty much throw most of the ingredients in the pot, cook it for 20 minutes and then add sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips right at the end. Well, this one is hands down a winner for me this winter season. It's a yummy in the tummy! My hubby could not stop eating and said it's a magical White Chicken Chili that he can not get enough of.

What a beautiful story about love, hope, and forgiveness! This is my 1st book by Jenny Hale and I think she is a brilliant writer who allows her readers to be captivated by the characters in her book. I really enjoyed getting to know the Marley family, as they discovered the importance of tradition and family. It’s very rare that I find myself loving an entire family, but the Marley’s were just awesome. Not your typical rich family, they weren’t particularly snobby or anything, they didn’t just see Allie as the ‘help’ but a part of their family. Coming Home for Christmas really touched my heart. I cannot wait to read more of Jenny's books in the future! I loved every page and I was desperately rooting for Allie to get herself a happy ever after and I knew exactly who I wanted her to get her happy ending with! I do realize the Christmas is over, but this story is more about the family importance and tradition, heck this book is perfect for any time of year.

Last year I was at a holiday party at my mother's in-law and my sister in-law Penny made this amazing dip. I noticed all my sister in-laws have been huddling around the red stuff so I end up trying to scoop it up before it was gone. I ate it intently, to figure out what all of the ingredients were and quickly understood why it was the the belle of the ball. It was sweet, yet spicy, tart and flavorful. I decided to google popular recipes and try to make one to my liking. This is the perfect appetizer for any occasion and I promise it will have everyone standing around the bowl scraping up the last bite.
